Very easy group to work with. I signed up with RCB on a Tuesday, and they were installing my roof the following Monday. They finished the entire roof in just one day. I used RCB Roofing for my vacation home in Mount Pleasant. I’m finally in town to see it in person and I am very impressed. The day of the install Chris sent pictures and updates throughout the day. It wasn’t ideal for me having a roof done while living out of state, but we had extremely bad leaking. The pictures and updates from Chris made me feel at ease though. I used RCB Roofing to replace my roof about a year ago. This is what I noticed sequentially:
- Chris went up on my roof, when promised, to inspect and to prepare a quote.
- He knew his business and explained his quote, in detail.
- He agreed to re-install the existing gutters, instead of replacing them.
- His quote was more than 20% less than the other quote. (I contacted five roofers, but only three … More showed up and only two quoted.)
- He was at my house for virtually, or literally, the entire time of the installation, making sure every step in the process was performed properly.
- After the crew left, he combed the site making sure everything was cleaned up perfectly.
- The job looks perfect, on time, and as promised.
Note: The job looked very easy, but with a 120 year old house and replacing all of the plywood, and some of the support structure, it was less than perfectly straight forward. (And I wasn't charged extra for some of the additional support work that was needed.)
There was no part of the process that was handled less than professionally and perfectly. I would not hesitate to use, or to recommend to a friend, RCB Roofing and Chris again.
