Very easy group to work with. I signed up with RCB on a Tuesday, and they were installing my roof the following Monday. They finished the entire roof in just one day. I want to acknowledge the excellent service provided by the RCB team, Casey, Mark, Eric, Robert, and the roofing installers. My family greatly appreciates the entire team’s professionalism, punctuality, quality, and responsiveness in providing us with a quality roofing installation system. From beginning to end, Casey, our sales specialist, provided excellent service, and timely and courteous responses. … More He took measurements and helped me navigate the roof replacement process, including the selection and color of shingles, facia and soffit boards and followed up with clearly developed photos and descriptions of these products. Casey also provided updated estimates as I changed directions a couple of times regarding the type of shingles I wanted, He informed me of discounts. and assisted with accessing Lowe’s online financial services system. My only concern was not knowing in advance that OSB would be used instead of plywood which I preferred. Casey explained that it is a common practice these days to use OSB even for new homes. The good news is that some of the plywood is still good and not many needed to be replaced. After Casey, I acknowledge Mark, our scheduler, who got the ground ball rolling with on time delivery of the shingles and other material. There was only one glitch- - wrong color shingles, which our Project Manager, Eric, noticed immediately, made connections and the correct color shingles arrived the next day (and old ones were removed), well before they were needed by the installers. Throughout the project, Eric was there, getting on top of the roof making sure everything was installed properly. He took pictures and worked with his team throughout, keeping me informed along the way. Replacing Eric, on the last day of the project was Territorial Manager, Robert, who was equally professional working with the installers and me. Finally, the roofing installers, whose names I never knew, but whose diligence and strong work ethic left an indelible print in my mind. They showed up day after day at what seemed to be the crack of dawn and left sometimes after dark. And so it is that I recognize the nameless roofers, Eric, Robert, Mark, and of course, Casey. Because of you, my family will continue to be wedded to the Lowe’s brand. Thank you so much, we give you our highest recommendation.
